Junior Account Manager - Junior eCommerce Client Partner

Work location: Warszawa

The Client Partner role brings a mixture of account management, project management, and product support. The mission of this role is to create high Client satisfaction and product adoption.

The role mission is:

  • Building long-term relationships and managing a portfolio of existing international Clients
  • Acting as a trusted advisor
  • Acting as the main point of contact for dedicated accounts
  • Leading the Client through the product lifecycle (excellent onboarding experience, project management, advising Clients on their e-commerce activities)
  • Managing end-to-end complex and high-value projects in eCommerce and Digital Marketing areas across many markets
  • Driving Clients’ e-commerce ROI 
  • Collaborating with other departments in the organization, especially with Operations and IT, to ensure the highest quality of solutions and services
  • Sharing best practices and providing feedback, contributing to the development of eStoreMedia services and its new functionalities
  • Focusing on international projects (English as working language)

We look for:

  • Passionate and ambitious professional who wants to grow with an expanding organization
  • Person having successful track records of working in customer-facing roles
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills coupled with analytical and process-oriented mindset
  • Expert having focus on detail and a quick learner who can act independently
  • Three years of experience gained at a consumer goods or retail company or marketing/digital/research/e-commerce agency
  • Living the “everything is possible” attitude
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluency in Polish and English is a must
  • Bachelor’s degree require

What do you can expect during the recruitment process:

  • Step 1 Analysis of received applications (CVs) - at this stage we will select the CVs covering most of the features we indicated in the offer, and then contact selected candidates
  • Step 2 Invitation to an interview with HR (videocall) and a numerical reasoning test (online)
  • Step 3 Recruitment interview with future direct supervisor (videocall)
  • Step 4 Recruitment interview with the Client Success Department Manager (videocall) *(additional step when required in the process)
  • Step 5 Feedback and offer for one of the candidates (videocall, mail, phone)
