The storage of Personal data depends on the purpose and legal basis of the processing of Personal data. As a rule, we only store your Personal data for as long as it is necessary to achieve the purposes set out in this Policy.

After the expiry of the data retention periods, the Personal data processed by us is deleted or anonymized.

Due to the location of eStoreMedia's operating offices in the world, Personal data may be transferred and stored outside the territory of the Republic of Poland, the European Union and the European Economic Area.
